A Family Plan is a documented agreement for ongoing care under Army direction. It is not the  permanent form of a family. The Soldier's Family Resource Center should not be used as a tool to deal with  family conflicts, and it is not in a position to provide advice for other individuals. It is not a substitute for  Army Family Resource Center supervision. 2.1.2 When does the Family Resource Center provide advice or supervision for other individuals?
